After nearly 2 full seasons of running the Miata, I finally won the STS class at an AutoX event... by 19 thousandths of a second.

Also managed a 4th place in raw time, my best finish yet, as well as a 5th in PAX.

Yep, guy was in town for a funeral, decided to bring his rental car  out. He ran rather respectable times for a CVT sedan on all-seasons.

An F-Mod car. Basically the same as a Formula 500 car. 500cc two stroke with a CVT, basically a snowmobile powertrain.

Oh I get it, I don’t know how vast of a difference it is specifically for the Miata but I can feel a decent difference even in our CR-V fwiw

Yeah I’d figure so... I am disappointed that I haven’t been able to drive a Miata yet but I seem to be getting that manual Integra so we’ll see there.

I hadn’t driven a Miata until I bought mine, and it’s been great as a second car. An integra should be significantly more practical than an NA Miata.

Yeah, for sure. I wanted a Miata but parents said hell no. But I’m really happy with an Integra, here’s hoping everything goes smoothly so we can get it. It needs paint desperately so I was thinking Championship White or something similar and then some of these rims or TE37's or something, as long as it looks nice:

That’s essentially how I’d want it to look because why not, minus the camber and stuff. Only thing i’d do is proper suspension upgrades for handling and maybe lower it right by a little bit, just so it handles tighter and looks a bit more agg ressive. Then a good free flowing exhaust that would look and sou nd at least somewhat nice, hopefully not like a fart cannon. Then also a removable steering wheel for extra security and a kill switch and stuff. I want to do it right without it looking too overboard like 90% of all Honda drivers in Florida. I really do like the white/bronze combo though, plus it’d motivate me to keep it clean and looking nice. I don’t know what I’d do to the interior yet honestly  lol.

Ayyyy Z06 on top, SSR class. N eat. However, due props, 4th overall in a Miata is nothing to scoff at. That’s really damn impressive even if I have no idea how the cones were laid out.

I wanted to reply to Dave is a heck of a driver, but that reply link just goes back to the top of the page, and I don’t really get why.

Our local AutoX also has a Dave in a Corvette and he is bloody fast as well. I wonder if that’s a trend?
